Update README to show all options

Adds the output of ubidump --help to a "Usage" section of the readme.

• Usage documentation manually wrapped at 80 chars per line

Moves the current "Usage" to "Usage Examples".

Adds a "savedir" example to "Usage Examples"

Removes extraneous spaces from usage examples.

Changes capitalization to be consistent.

I feel that these changes allow consumers to recognize the full potential of ubidump and provide a better understanding of what the tool can do on first look.
