[Bug]: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cv2'

What happened and in what context?

installed with kiauh on armbian iot. moonraker-telegram-bot will not start with ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cv2' error. python3-opencv is installed on the system
