Add service management

What would you like to see added?

It would be nice to extend the service management with the ability to stop/restart services, same as in fluidd for example. Perhaps a specific message with buttons, or a button for each service.

I would like to be able to restart the host from the bot and the "restart_firmware" option is needed

Maybe we should add reboot command alike shutdown?
