Coverage explorer cannot open websocket from Windows to WSL2

### Issue description or question VSCode is running in WSL2 remote mode. Clicking the "Open coverage explorer" link in Wallaby console opens a browser in Windows at the location http://[localhost:51245](http://localhost:51245/)....

It would be so nice if this could support color prompts!
