I'd check to see if you have drivers blocked through Intune or SCCM policies.
Have you confirmed that if you click Check for Updates the driver would come through? Windows Updates operates generally via CHIDs.
I'm also able to repro this issue, interestingly this only seems to occur if you launch Windows PowerShell from the start menu AND have Default terminal application set to Windows...

N-1, I've been updating daily as new releases have been dropping
FWIW - I modified my Waybar, is there a migration preventing it from changing to receive that updated config?
Today's update also led to the same issue of Waybar disappearing. Reappeared after: `hyprctl dispatch exec waybar`
Also as an aside - Clearing the .mg folder did not resolve this issue
