PSHost Terminal Functionality

Terminal does not currently support datastreams, desire interactive terminal experience within UI, provide a way (via XML) for PS7 (PS5 won't be possible to run as a host) scripts to run either in the usual separate process or inline in the terminal.

Script output should be on a separate thread to allow for concurrent script running + UI updates.
