What should be configurable?

In theory, all of these could be configurable:

• separator (|)
• meta refresh timeout (0)
  • would necessitate some sort of message
• index file extension (html)
• input file (input)
• homepage file (home.html)
• output directory (output/)

The question is which ones should be configurable.
