More formations

Right now, ffai has four formations and it's complicated to add more. There should be more formations available and simple to add for more.

Njustesen has suggested a new action called FORMATION, which has an additional attribute with a formation object.

I think it's still reasonable to keep the default formations as separate actions but it should be more and some refactoring is probably due.

The aim is to move the logic out of the game class.
