Electron library in MCNP

Does the enjoy 2016 have the capability to generate electron cross section library for MCNP code? if so, how is it implemented?

My apologies for getting back on this so late. As far as I know, the electron libraries are not and cannot be produced by NJOY. I will ask around to get more information.

I appreciate your help. If NJOY is not capable of generating the electron library, so how can I generate my desired library? Is there any specific method or program for this process? Thanks for your consideration and time.
