Startup Failure

I just cant start Chroma sync. NOTHING happens when i try to open it. it dosent give me the pop-up. it does not come in the windows task thing down to the right and it does not even show up in the task manager (more detailes versjon).

I've tried to Open file location and try opening the program without the shortcut version and i've even tried to open the program in administrator mode without using the shortcut and that did not work either and, yes my " Razer Chroma SDK Service " is on.

And yes i tried uninstalling and reinstalling. and restarting pc

it did work the first time i launched it (after installation) and i really loved it btw <3 <3

but it does not even open now. HELP
