Using ChromaCraft with Curse Minecraft Profiles

Essentially, I am attempting to do what is described in the title. I use Minecraft instances created by the Curse client, which do not seem to be recognized by ChromaSync, and I cannot find the mod installed anywhere on my computer to place it in each instance's mods manually.

How can this be accomplished?
