NOTICE: nixcloud-webservices is unmaintained

Just putting up this notice to let people know that I'll stop pushing the little fixes I've been doing during the last NixOS releases. 23.05 broke again, this time with the dreaded infinite recursion, so I bit the bullet and migrated my stuff.

simple-nixos-mailserver is a good all-in-one NixOS email alternative to nixcloud-email

Please consider updating the README.md file to reflect that this project is unmaintained. I think that would be very helpful for people stumbling on this repository or being linked here from other resources. Otherwise, you have to go poking around to find this message.
