Support monitor multiple install path simultaneously

Currently, we can only set one installPath, but what if we use vscode, vscode-insiders, cursor simultaneously? So, this pr add the support for specifying multiple install path.

I tried this out and it works great for me, connected simultaneously with VS Code and Cursor.

There are also others in the thread reporting that it is working for them.

I think that Close all vscode windows is not enough to kill all the vscode process, as closing a local host vscode windows does not mean that the remote vscode server will be kill. Instead, it will keep alive for a while. Maybe use ps aux | grep vscode-server | awk '{print $2}' | xargs kill to kill all vscode-server process?

Is your installPath configuration the same as mine?

I think that Close all vscode windows is not enough to kill all the vscode process

Basically what I'm looking for is that the next run will get the server downloaded again.

yep, I just copied your configuration. Which can be confirmed in my systemd's iotifywait in the screenshot, watching multiple .../cli/server
