Migrate to NixOS org

Nix-index has been a crucial part of the channel scripts for a while now, and it would be good to migrate it to the NixOS organization to reflect that.

Are you thinking of programs.sqlite? I'm pretty sure nix-index doesn't take any part in that

Considering that programs.sqlite has existed for 11 years, I do think that's relatively recent! :laughing:
