Add support for Lodestar

Lodestar is TypeScript Implementation of Ethereum Consensus.

Currently, we have two efforts on this:

• Via dream2nix
• Via yarn2nix

Personally, I like adream2nix approach much more than yarn2nix. Does it work?

I do as well but sadly not yet, @DavHau (creator and maintainer of dream2nix) started the initial effort but we need to put more time to fix the remaining issues (yet to be defined whenever I can allocate proper time to it).
