Failed: Unable to read file header on Windows 7 with Nitroshare 0.34

Setup is as follows:

1. Ubuntu 18.10 with Nitroshare 0.4 compiled from last commit.
2. Windows 7 with Nitroshare 0.34.
3. MotoG Android with Nitroshare 0.4 from Playstore.

When sending a file from Ubuntu machine to windows machine, the windows machine, transfer file dialog shows the error message: "Failed: Unable to read file header".

The Ubuntu machine says: Unable to create "lan" transport

However the same windows 7 machine can receive files from Moto G5(Android) Nitroshare 0.4

Looks like a bug
