add back deno nodejs compatibility for deno v1 backwards compatibility previously nitro v2 added process, Buffer, global, etc. to globalThis when using deno-server but nitro v3 doesn't it doesn't hurt if you bring this back

Can you explain why you need to use Deno v1?

With deno v2's full node compat we can avoid many workarounds were causing inconsistency and issues + adding (unenv) polyfills might be straightforward.

I would also suggest to stick with dropped backwards compatibility if it is for the better (avoid workarounds and inconsistencies). Deno v2 came out 2024 already.
