uni-notes Create update note view

This is the main feature of our app it include feature the like note title, note description, file upload like ppt, docs, pdf etc. there a lot of work need to be done on this feature please contact on discord me I would love to have conversation with you to know your thoughts, It can be anything about coding, non coding, adding something else, or modifying the existing things.

I am sorry, I have implemented only the frontend part which I showed you on discord, I haven't done anything beyond it as I was busy. I don't think I will be able to work on it before weekends. Do you want me to push the WIP code if you want to continue from there?
