Please Add Huion+Digimend Support

Currently using a similar setup to https://www.davidrevoy.com/article331/setup-huion-giano-wh1409-tablet-on-linux-mint-18-1-ubuntu-16-04 but with Manjaro 19. Currently stylus clicks and all other events for this tablet aren't doing anything when the app is run. If the tablet can be mapped using the defaultlayout.conf file there should be documentation on how to actually edit the file...
