have you trying changing the fanspeed in the accessory settings? the fan accessory represent the fan mode and not the fan speed. fan speed should be controlled from the AC...

@CyberChris79 something is weird in your logs... first of all, it seems like it's removing all accessories when Homebridge starts. it should not happening and the logs does not explain...

That's actually a good idea... for now, it's recommended to use it in parallel with homebridge-delay-switch
