[UX] No visual feedback on reload (maybe add a spinning wheel)

When I click on the Reload button in HN-Feed (right top) then there should be something like a quick Spinning Wheel or something. Otherwise it is hard to tell if reloading has really happended.

BTW: Mouseover tooltips for the Reload button (just an attribute like title="Reload" would do). Some for all the other buttons like Github, or the Scroll-Up Button.
