Docker images with Postfix, Dovecot, Postgrey, Policyd

Build the image:

> docker build -t mailserver .

The image provides three commands:

• start
• log

• run postfix as user postfix with correct permissions for /var/lib/postfix and /var/spool/postfix
• support etcd
• document postgres usage
• test
