When keyboard arrows, such as up and down, are set to move across lines, this screen reader does not always read lines that contain text.

To be clearer, I decided to set my keyboard so that the up and down arrows allow me to scroll through the lines. However, this should allow me to read any line containing text, which it doesn't.

I know this is a mistake made by the reader himself, since with talkback this is possible.
