DOC: Slide instructions don't work as expected.
The instructions on this slide: http://nipy.org/heudiconv/#3
Do not work as expected. That's because
root@a3775bb9a427:/# source activate neuro && cd /dicoms
Could not find conda environment: neuro
You can list all discoverable environments with `conda info --envs`.
If you follow the rest of the instructions, you don't get the data into the right place, because once source activate
fails, the cd /dicom
is not executed.
Where is the source of these slides? I can make a PR.
In particular, I believe that the source activate neuro &&
can be removed with no consequences.

@arokem - before you update, i think there have been a few changes to the container as well.
@mgxd - can i delete latest from docker hub?
@arokem thank you! there are a few outdated pieces, I was going to push my slides from the coastal coding workshop, but fixing up the current slides would be nice!
@satra - yep feel free to delete (i think anything besides unstable
is fair game to remove). We will cut a new release soon and should be on DHub versioned releases from now on 😄
@mgxd - i'll let you work with @arokem on who should be updating what. seems like its easier for you to do.
on the hub front i have deleted the old images. it would be nice to make a release, so that there is a fixed versioned image people can use.
I think it would be best if @mgxd took a first pass at this. I don't know enough about the tool to do anything cogent (which is why I was looking at the slides in the first place!).
