Add --lesion-mask-ds option to explicitly trigger masking updates

Lesion masks are actually derivatives, so instead of looking for _roi.nii.gz files, we should be accepting a derivative root directory. Unlike freesurfer, the intention would not be to look for a pre-existing derivative in the output directory.

@chrisfilo and @danlurie suggest --lesion-mask-ds as the option.
