``UniformGrid``: add unit test & possibly upstream to niworkflows

I added in #197 the UniformGrid interface. It just ensures a list of 3D NIfTI files have the same shape & affine. If not, it resamples mismatched instances through an identity transform (i.e., data is resampled just considering the affines of the image and the reference volume).
