Collapse ICA-AROMA reportlet

The ICA-AROMA reportlet can get very long for long duration BOLD runs, and is not very diagnostic of general fMRIPrep performance. Collapsing it by default, possibly with a <10 component summary figure, would improve report readability.

I think this is fundamental to make the reportlet usable. We can keep generating the report with all components and store it under figures/ but make it accessible through a link (or some other HTML element that preempts the page from loading it at page load).
