tiny micro print on FMRI plot summary

The fmri summary plot for individuals has incredibly tiny print...unreadable! MRIQC__individual_bold_report

Would like to add that while most reports summary plots have tiny fonts, some end up with nice big fonts.

Not sure yet what causes the different behaviors.
