Feature request for detailed TSNR
Saggital and transversal mosaic images in the individual reports from a color-coded tsnr nii-image of the head (e.g. similar to a tool from Chris Rorden https://github.com/rordenlab/spmScripts/blob/master/nii_qa_moco.m). Would potentially help to detect banding artifacts for all functional multi-band sequences as well as give a feeling for the tsnr distribution in 3D for a session. Thanks for a wonderfull resource.
Thanks for the suggestion. Do you have an example of such plot you could share?
We used to have tsnr mosaics, but we found that standard deviation plots were as informative if not more clear (keep in mind that tsnr map is simply a mean map divided by standard deviation map).

Sure, attached. You are probably right the SD images might be enough for artifact detection. Maybe the TSNR for the verbose reports only so that people get a feeling for the localised TSNR and its distribution of their experiments somewhat similar to an earlier suggustion ( #375 ).
