Using Special 2 costume won't let you reload the finite chicago typewriter

Since chicago typewriter was always infinite ammo, the devs seemed to not include the reload check it when using the special 2 costume and instead leon gets to use cool hat tricks. You can reload the gun normally when using the normal/special 1 costume.

Ah, you're right, I forgot about the special animation. Should be easy to bypass that. I'll check it soon.
