Mouse looking up sometimes don't look up while aiming & Bug from version 1.7.6 up releases related to fast math being enables

I have tried multiple mice to be safe.. Re installed game and mod multiple times ( i do have rising of evil installed) but the title says it all. Sometimes when aiming down sites i go to aim up and the laser and leon don't look up.. I only have v sync diable, rainbow laser on and 25 FOV.. So not sure

ALSO another little side bug.. with rising of evil and your mod but idk how to explain it I would have to add a video or something then. It is lag and slow during some cut scenes like this one.. I did some messing around and found it only happens with 1.7.6 and newer

The first bug has been fixed already, but I'm not sure if I understand the second one. You mean the slowdown happens when FastMath is enabled? What are your system specs? Any idea what could cause this, @emoose ?
