Slow motion bug when playing at fps other than 60 or 30 locked

Quando eu jogo o Resident Evil 4 com um fps abaixo de 30 fps e acima de 30 fps mas ainda abaixo de 60 fps o jogo fica em câmera lenta. Quando o jogo está travado em 30 ou 60 fps ele fica normal. Não seria possível corrigir este bug?
