Describe the feature you'd like to see added

can we get a setting that enables ashley's armor to show in cutscenes? maybe put it in conjunction with the already existing setting that exists for leon?

if so, maybe change the name from AllowMafiaLeonCutscenes -> AllowSpecial2Cutscenes ?
