That is listed in his windows.exclude file by default. Works for me.

I get these same errors as well,. All accounts used work in other maps, all TOS accepted. =(

That looks like a neat implementation. However you would probably need a separate wifi dongle to place in monitor mode. Most users probably aren't going to do that.
