cannot use external configuration when run with "mvn ninja:run"

Hello,

The properties are ninja.external.configuration and ninja.external.reload, as per the documentation. However, they do not work when run from maven plugin. See PR #365 for the correction.

PS : I don't know what to do now, have I more things to do or is this enough ?
