Upgrade to lastest official App Engine Maven plugin

Instead of the kindleit plugin, you might consider upgrading to the officially supported App Engine plugin with: <groupId>com.google.appengine</groupId> <artifactId>appengine-maven-plugin</artifactId> 1.7.6

It is pushed at every app engine release, so very soon will be available with 1.7.7

Then use mvn appengin:devserver All app engine festures are exposed: jdo enhancers, endpoints(1.7.7) etc.
