Mountain DisplayPad device support
To be brief, I think this software would benefit from support more devices outside the Elgato ecosystem. I have a Mountain DisplayPad and would really like to get it working on Linux. I just switched to Bazzite for better gaming performance and am very much missing my DisplayPad's macro buttons and whatnot. I can assist with USBPCap logs or anything needed to make this work.
Never mind just saw. https://github.com/nekename/OpenDeck/issues/38#issue-2744690308 Too bad, this could've been a lot more useful to a lot more people who can't afford a fancy StreamDeck and have to make due with what they can afford.
You can create a plugin to support the device. The reason I don't include support within OpenDeck is because a) it's nigh impossible to create support for devices I don't have and b) even if someone contributes support it's a large burden with testing and so forth.
Join the Discord or Matrix and I can send you some more information about creating a device support plugin.
Ok, well, in that case, you will have to wait for someone with relevant skills to come along.
