Feature proposal: separate Anki-export settings (on the per card-type basis) for different translation directions

If for example a user adds En-Ch and Ch-En cards, a single model of fields can't be used, it has to be different for each kind of direction, or else user has to re-configure it every time new card with different direction needs to be created.

So the proposal is to also choose card type (now we can only choose dictionary and deck) and to remember each card type fields' connection with each type of word data
