CT: wrong test case name produces no failure

Would be good if make ct-gun t=gun:nsklfnsdkfnsdk produced a failure. Probably should send a patch to OTP to enable this (via a new CLI flag), because the alternative is a CT hook that checks if test cases have been executed.
