Create the infrastructure setup document for iOS projects

Why

For iOS projects, the infrastructure setup for deployment and distributions pipelines requires work on a CI platform (Github Actions, Gitlab, or Bitrise), Firebase, and iTunes Connect.

While progress has been made over the years to ensure that initial sprints do not only include chores, infrastructure work still represents a significant time investment for our team and clients.

We need to create guidelines for infrastructure set up on Wiki of the iOS templates repository, so all iOS developers can easily understand and set up the infrastructure by themself, the guidelines must contain:

• The infrastructure information of an iOS application.
• How to set up the infrastructure from scratch (with iOS templates)
