You'd have to use a program like voicemeeter to route the audio over a virtual output. LPHK also won't play MP3 files, the supported audio formats are listed in the readme.

No need for Voicemeeter. You can just use their audio cable for lower latencies: https://vb-audio.com/Cable/index.htm

I use VoiceMod, set the hotkeys on both LPHK and VoiceMod, and you're set.
