Use locally hosted fonts instead of Google Fonts

The request(s) for the Google fonts adds a sometimes serious delay to the loading of the nim-lang site. This makes nim look bad and is fairly annoying when trying to read docs. It can also be perceived as advertising for/legitimizing any linked entities. I would suggest either storing the resources locally, or not using the fonts at all. Thanks
