Update MinGW Download Link on Nim for Windows Downloads Page

Why is the gcc version of MinGW on the Nim for Windows downloads page still using an older version?

Any problems with newer versions? I've been using version 8.1 for a long time, no problem. I downloaded the binaries at: MinGW-w64 - for 32 and 64 bit Windows
