Anonymous feedback box

Open dom96 opened this issue 8 years ago • 2 comments

So I was watching Johnathan Blow's twitch stream about his new language Jai and stumbled upon a Nim user that stopped using Nim because of a recent breaking change.

The user understandably didn't wish to tell us this as it would have inadvertently ended up in an argument. I wonder if we should make this type of thing easier, perhaps a good way to solve this is an anonymous feedback box on the website?

There are other, existing, ways of anonymously give (bad) feedback:

  1. IRC
  2. Forum

...and if you were already active there so you don't want your feedback to be connected with your existing username:

  1. r/nim (creating a throwaway account is easy)

barrier to entry is too high for those. I'd like to capture people's opinions/questions that visit our website, with very little effort from them. Just an idea though
