Multiformats, IPFS

I’d like to see a Nim implementation of multiformats and other IPFS technologies Although there are libraries, better support for linear algebra/scientific computing/data plotting would be very nice. Similarly, a standardized game library would be wonderful. (From Nim community survey 2017)
