User cant login after upgrade

OS: Ubuntu 24.04 PHP: 8.3.28 DB: MariaDB 10.11.13 TP version: 3.1.5.13

I have a problem that after a upgrade a specific cant login. The first Time happened when i upgraded from 3.1.5.7 to 3.1.5.12 and then the second time when i updated from 3.1.5.12 to 3.1.5.13. And it happened only by one user and it was the same user both times. By the Update from .7 to .12 i could see in the log that the username couldnt be found. I checked the username that got tipped in and the database. the user existed in the database. So i reset the password for the user and then the user could login with the new password. After the update from .12 to .13 i couldnt see an entry in the log (see my other post) but in the table i could see that it seems like the same issue as before. So i tested the username myself with a wrong password just to see if i get user not found or wrong credentials. I got the wrong credentials but after the user tried to login again it didnt work so i reset the password again and that worked again. The only difference I know of between this user and all others users is that i changed the username from this specific user a few months ago.
