[Version 3.1.5.12] Unable to change local user password: "Users/Change login password/Launch" fails with "Caution User not exists"

Hi

It is impossible to set/reset user password for admin. Steps:

  • "Users"
  • Right-click on the user to proceed
  • "Change login password"
  • Click on "Launch" botton => "Caution User not exists" error message

WHat release? On latest I cannot reproduce, all tests are ok. Please follow template for issues.

The problem occurs on a just created local user account.
