User who validates against LDAP does not work after recreation

Teampass is installed on a Debian 12 VM, with PHP version 8.4.11 and MariaDB version 11.8.3.

It is integrated with LDAP and the following configuration.

I have been informed that a new user who also validates against LDAP was not working when logging in for the first time (MFA enabled), so I decided to recreate my user. I deleted it from Teampass and from the deleted users section, and then added it again.

As a workaround, we have confirmed that if you regenerate the MFA through the “Email Google Authentication to user” option in the users section by logging in with the admin user, the MFA is reconfigured for that user and works again.
