Masked user fields are not copied from new users

Masked user fields are not copied from new users in verion 3.1.5.0.

If a new user creates a custom field, then the copy button works for existing users.

@owirtifo I don't undersatnd. Please follow the bug template and provide the reproduction process.

@nilsteampassnet The problem is the same as in the issue https://github.com/nilsteampassnet/TeamPass/issues/4886 . It only happens when a new AD user tries to copy a masked custom field. Existing users have no problems.
