Item is currently locked due to encryption process ongoing

We have been using TeamPass version 3.1.4.31 for some time now without issue. Today we have found a password that nobody can edit, it always says:

"Editing disabled - item is currently locked due to encryption process ongoing"

We can view the password, and we have permission to edit the item. There are no tasks running. We can edit other items in the same folder. How do we fix this?
